The fully equipped kitchen comes with all essential appliances and utensils, making it suitable for self-cooking (gas usage available at an additional charge). Guests can also enjoy BBQ and bonfire experiences (available at extra cost), perfect for cozy evenings under the open sky.

Modern conveniences such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV with Tata Sky, a portable music system (usable till 10 PM), and a refrigerator ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. The villa is supported by a dedicated caretaker (9 AM to 10 PM) along with on-call assistance for any additional needs.

For added convenience, the property offers ample parking space for up to 3 cars inside and 3 outside, along with CCTV surveillance for enhanced security. Guests also benefit from inverter backup (2–4 hours) during power outages.Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If a Guest does not check out after 11:00 Am Management has the right to deduct ₹2000/hour from the security deposist.

Located within walking distance of the local market, the villa ensures easy access to essentials while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. Additional services such as travel arrangements and food packages (veg & non-veg at ₹1200 per person, minimum 10 guests) can be arranged on request.

House Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, kindly adhere to the following rules:

Music & Noise Policy

• Music system is permitted only till 10:00 PM
• Strictly no loud music, shouting, or disturbance after 10:00 PM as per local regulations

Caretaker Assistance

• Available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• On-call support available after hours for emergencies only

Damage & Breakage

• Guests are responsible for any damage to property or amenities
• Repair/replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately

Power Backup

• In case of power outages, inverter backup (lights & fans only) is available for up to 2 hours (usage dependent)

Guest Conduct

• Illegal activities and substances are strictly prohibited
• Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and neighbors
• Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund in case of misconduct

Pet Policy

• Pets allowed only with prior permission
• Guests must ensure pets do not damage property and maintain cleanliness
