House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas; a penalty of ₹10,000 will be applicable for violations.
The swimming pool may be used until 10:00 PM. Children below 12 years must be supervised by an adult at all times.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Consumption or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly; guests below 18 years are not permitted to consume alcohol.
Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
Guests are requested to maintain respectful interaction and distance with on-site staff.
The villa offers an in-house cook; external cooks are not permitted.
Breakfast service is available between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM (advance notice required).
Errand and procurement services are available between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM at applicable charges.
Guests are requested to conserve electricity and water during their stay.
Valid photo identification must be shared prior to check-in.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; safety lockers are available in the rooms.
A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 is required at the time of booking and will be returned within 7 business days post check-out.
Lost and found items will be retained for up to 14 days only.
